Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Price: Price is as quoted and remains firm unless prior to delivery Foodservice Equipment International Pty. Limited (F.E.I.) advises changes to exchange rates, freight costs, import duties and any other government taxes or charges.

2. Delivery: Foodservice Equipment International Pty. Limited (F.E.I.) will endeavour to deliver within the time specified, but will not be liable for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by any delay, or failure to deliver.

3. Freight: Orders over $1000 will be delivered free in store in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast. NSW Country and Interstate orders will be subject to a freight charge.

4. Payment: Payment in full or as mutually agreed.

5. Warranties: Foodservice Equipment International Pty. Limited (F.E.I.) shall obtain for the purchaserfrom the manufacturer represented by F.E.I. such warranties as are offered by themanufacturer in respect of the goods sold. In no event shall liability of F.E.I. exceed the price of the goods supplied by F.E.I. F.E.I.. shall be responsible for no further liability what soever including any claims for consequential losses. No servant, agent or contractor of F.E.I has the authority to alter the terms and condition of sale.

6. Returns: Client will be deemed to have accepted the goods as being in accordance with the order unless F.E.I. is notified in writing to the contrary within seven day - otherwise returns are not accepted.

7. Samples: Samples supplied free-of-charge will be subject to a charge at current prices unless returned in good order and condition within 14 days of delivery. Goods sold by sample or description are sold subject to reasonable variation in size, measurement, colour, thickness, shape, weight, shade and decoration.

8. Insurance: Foodservice Equipment International Pty. Limited (F.E.I.) insure goods until arrival at wharf Australia/New Zealand. Insurance cover thereafter is the client's responsibility and to client's account.

9. Title: Property title does not pass to the client until Foodservice Equipment International Pty. Limited (F.E.I.) has been paid in full. In the case of Receivership, Bankruptcy, Change of Ownership F.E.I. has the right to recover and/or retain the goods in its ownership. The risks in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery but legal and equitable property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until payment for all the goods has been received by Foodservice Equipment International Pty. Limited.
